About the role: As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supports logistics and procurement by managing purchase orders, tracking inventory levels, and liaising with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely, cost-effective product delivery.
  • Processing invoices, updating ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Sage), maintaining accurate records.
  • Use of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.
  • Managing administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Excellent use of IT - updating reports using multiple web portals and excel.
  • Supporting with scheduling, correspondence, inventory ordering, invoicing and documentation.
  • Maintaining organised records and files for easy access.
  • Time occasionally spent being the front face of the company, and welcoming visitors, employees and other stakeholders to the site.

What We’re Looking For: To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
