Repairs Surveyor Location: Croydon Rate: £350 per day Umbrella Contract: Until end of September (extension approval being sought) Start Date: ASAP Working Pattern: Hybrid - 4 days on site, 1 day working from home We are currently recruiting for an experienced Repairs Surveyor to join a busy property services team in Croydon. This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor with strong experience in responsive repairs, damp and mould investigations, and housing maintenance to support the delivery of high-quality repair services across residential properties. Key Responsibilities Carry out responsive and proactive inspections relating to damp, mould, condensation, disrepair and general housing repairs. Diagnose building defects and identify root causes using moisture meters, humidity monitoring equipment and building fabric assessments. Produce detailed inspection reports with photographs, recommendations and remedial actions. Raise works orders and specify repairs in line with relevant policies and Awaab's Law requirements.
