Collaborating closely with the Labour Manager and HR team, the Recruitment Resourcer will be responsible for attracting and engaging high-quality candidates to fulfil current and future labour and support function requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Source direct project labour requirements to align with project demands and business needs.
- Assist the Labour Manager in fulfilling blue-collar recruitment requirements.
- Proactively headhunt skilled labour and generic roles using various sourcing methods such as online databases, job boards, networking, referrals, and social media.
- Build and maintain talent pools of qualified candidates.
