Our client, a leading telecoms company, are looking for an experienced RAN Optimisation Specialist to improve network performance and customer experience across 4G/5G environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse UE logs, OSS KPIs, and drive test data to identify performance issues
  • Perform parameter and feature optimisation across LTE and 5G networks
  • Carry out root cause analysis and implement performance improvements
  • Support network trials, validation, and KPI enhancements
  • Ensure effective interworking across 4G/5G (NSA/SA)
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve network issues

Key Skills:

  • Strong experience in RAN optimisation KPI management (4G/5G)
  • Hands-on with TEMS, Actix, Accuver, Wireshark or similar tools
  • Experience with Nokia/Ericsson RAN environments
  • Good understanding of LTE/5G architecture (VoLTE/VoNR preferred)
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
