We're recruiting on behalf of an excellent food production company based in Fulwood for a Machine Operator on a temp-to-perm basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business with a great team culture, excellent morale, and a supportive working environment. Following a successful 12-week temporary period, a permanent position will be offered.
The Role:
- Managing the smooth running of a production machine
- Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met
- Monitoring machine performance and reporting any issues
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to keep production running efficiently
