Are you an experienced Welder/Fabricator looking for a fresh challenge with a better work-life balance?
We are seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join our clients busy engineering workshop on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a close-knit team, carrying out a mix of batch production welding and bespoke one-off fabrication projects.

Working Hours
Monday to Thursday
- 07:00 - 17:15
- 39 hours per week
- 30-minute lunch break
- Two paid 10-minute breaks (morning and afternoon)
Key Responsibilities
- MIG and TIG welding
- Fabrication of components and assemblies
- Batch welding work
- Bespoke, one-off fabrication projects
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Ensuring high standards of workmanship and quality control
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding
- Previous fabrication experience
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable with excellent timekeeping and attendance
- Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual work
- Full driving licence and access to your own transport (essential for candidates living outside Pershore)
Desirable Skills
- Experience welding mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Experience in both batch production and bespoke fabrication environments
