Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Organisational Development Manager to play a pivotal role in driving organisational transformation and building a high-performing, future-ready workforce. The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Head of HR, the Organisational Development Manager will lead the organisation's people and capability agenda, overseeing a specialist OD team to deliver initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness, employee engagement, and business performance. This role goes beyond business as usual. You will oversee talent and leadership development, performance management, organisational culture, mandatory training and succession planning, helping to ensure the organisation is equipped to meet both current and future challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving Organisational Performance
    • Develop and embed frameworks that foster a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and behavioural excellence.
    • Support the delivery of the organisation's performance management strategy and roadmap.
  • Strategic Workforce Planning
    • Partner with HR and business leaders to identify future capability and talent gaps.
    • Develop workforce planning and succession strategies that reduce risk across critical business functions.
  • Learning, Compliance & Capability
    • Lead the delivery and governance of mandatory, regulatory and technical training programmes.
    • Ensure compliance standards are maintained across key operational areas.
  • Emerging Talent & Future Workforce
    • Design and deliver apprenticeship programmes.
