We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join our team in Newbury with an immediate start available. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in producing high-quality results, and thrives in a busy production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing materials for the manufacturing process
- Carrying out finishing processes, including:
- Taping
- Drilling
- Sanding
- Cutting
- Scraping
- Conducting quality checks and preparing finished products for dispatch
- Packing goods safely and accurately for shipment
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of vehicles as required
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
Candidate Requirements
