Location: London SE1 (Hybrid - Minimum 3 Days per Week in Office)
Contract: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract via Adecco for Aesop UK (Potential Extension to 12 Months)
Rate: Range £192.31 per day (£50,000) / £230.77 per day (£60,000) depending on experience
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (37.5 Hours per Week)

Our client Aesop, a Luxury Beauty Brand is seeking an experienced Omni Media Strategist to join its Global CRM & Omni-Media team. Working closely with the Global Head of CRM & Omni-Media, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering omnichannel media strategies across international markets.
This role will have a particular focus on Paid Social, Meta platforms, creator/influencer (A&I) strategy, audience planning, campaign optimisation and performance analysis . You will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, agency partners, and local market teams to ensure campaigns are strategically planned, effectively executed, and continuously optimised to drive business performance.
This is an exciting opportunity for a media professional who combines strategic thinking, analytical capability, and hands-on experience across paid media and creator-led campaigns within a global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of global omnichannel media strategies.
Lead and contribute to Paid Social planning across Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
Support creator and influencer (A&I) strategy development and campaign planning.
Create and manage detailed media plans across multiple international markets.
Develop audience targeting and segmentation strategies to maximise campaign effectiveness.
