About the Role

We are seeking an experienced PMO Manager / Project Manager to join a high-profile transformation programme focused on delivering large-scale regulatory and operational change.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting programme delivery, ensuring effective governance, planning, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across a complex portfolio of projects.

Working within a fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with senior leaders, programme teams, and a diverse range of stakeholders to support successful project outcomes and drive continuous improvement across project management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the definition, implementation, and ongoing management of project delivery plans.
  • Ensure projects adhere to established project management frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
  • Coordinate project reporting and provide analysis to support informed decision-making.
  • Facilitate project governance activities, including meetings, actions, decisions, and documentation.
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Monitor and manage project dependencies across workstreams.
  • Maintain accurate information within project and resource management tools.
  • Identify, track, and escalate project risks and issues where appropriate.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage portfolio documentation, shared mailboxes, and collaboration platforms.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery, governance, and efficiency.
