Our client is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join their dynamic Housing and Environmental Services team. This exciting role involves handling a variety of inquiries related to housing, homelessness, waste management, potholes, trees, parks, and street lighting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding various services.
- Resolve issues and concerns effectively, even in challenging situations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What the Organisation Offers:
- Initial office-based training in Romford for approximately 6 months.
- Transition to a flexible hybrid working model post-training, allowing some days to be worked from home.
- Part-time role at 21 hours per week, with working hours between Monday and Friday, from 8:50 am to 5:02 pm (specific days and hours can be discussed).
