Join a Creator Monetisation Team for Peak Q4 Campaigns. We're looking for two Brand Collaborations Specialists to join a fast-paced EU Creator Monetisation team during our busiest and most exciting period of the year. This is a hands-on execution role where you'll own influencer campaigns from brief through to reporting, partnering with brands and creators across the UK, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain. Working alongside a team of experienced specialists, you'll play a key role in delivering brand-funded influencer campaigns. This is an opportunity to gain valuable experience within creator ecosystems while managing impactful campaigns for some of the world's biggest brands.
What You'll Be Doing
- End-to-End Campaign Management
- Manage creator campaigns from initial brief through to final reporting
- Source and vet creators through Influencer Programs and internal casting tools
- Match creators to brand objectives and campaign requirements
- Conduct creator outreach and relationship management
- Negotiate fees, usage rights, and campaign deliverables
- Manage briefing, content approval, contracting, and campaign launches
- Coordinate paid amplification activities with Paid Social teams
- Deliver post-campaign reporting and performance insights
- Campaign Operations
- Maintain campaign tracking within Asana and Salesforce
- Ensure campaigns are delivered within the 8-week SLA framework
- Adhere to brand safety, compliance, and legal requirements
- Participate in team stand-ups, sprint sessions, and status meetings
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards
- Q4 Campaign Support
- Support increased campaign volume during peak trading periods
- Manage approximately 5-8 concurrent campaigns
- Help deliver campaigns that would otherwise be outsourced to agency partners
- Support January planning activities, creator sourcing, and campaign documentation
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
- Proven experience managing influencer or creator campaigns end-to-end
- Experience working within influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, social media partnerships, or related fields
- Strong negotiation skills, including creator fees, usage rights, and contractual discussions
- Excellent written communication skills with confidence engaging brands, creators, and talent agencies
- Strong project management and organisational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and campaigns simultaneously
- Comfortable analysing campaign performance metrics including engagement, CTR, and ROAS
- Self-starter capable of operating independently after initial onboarding
- Strong understanding of Instagram, creator marketing, and social content formats
Nice to Have
- Experience with influencer marketing platforms or affiliate programmes
- Knowledge of COOP or vendor-funded marketing models
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager or paid social boosting
- Additional European language skills (German, French, Italian, or Spanish)
