Financial Crime Business Analyst (AVP) - Business Change & TOM

A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a high-profile Financial Crime Analytics programme. This role will focus on business change, regulatory delivery, and operational enhancement initiatives supporting AML, Fraud, and Transaction Monitoring programmes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements
- Design and document Target Operating Models (TOMs), workflows, and operational processes
- Produce high-quality Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and supporting artefacts
- Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder engagement across multiple functions
- Support regulatory and financial crime transformation initiatives
- Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and requirements traceability
- Present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to senior stakeholders
- Work closely with programme teams to support successful delivery
What We're Looking For
- Strong Business Analysis experience within financial services
- Experience delivering regulatory or financial crime-related change
- Knowledge of AML, Fraud, Transaction Monitoring, or Financial Crime Operations
- Experience producing requirements documentation, process maps, and business analysis artefacts
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and drive requirements gathering activities
- Experience supporting complex transformation programmes

- Exposure to Quantexa or similar analytics platforms
