We're looking for a proactive and dependable Material Handling Operator / Spares Engineer to join a busy logistics and stores operation in Lincoln. This is a fantastic opportunity to support world-class manufacturing projects while developing your skills within an experienced and supportive team.
Working within a fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment, you'll play a key role in ensuring materials, components, and spares are received, stored, moved, and delivered efficiently to support production activities across multiple sites.

Location
Based primarily at: Teal Park Road, Lincoln, LN6 3AD. You must be willing to work across both sites when required: Teal Park and Ruston.
The Role
As part of a 17-person stores and logistics team, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient movement, storage, and control of materials used in manufacturing operations. You'll receive full training and support to ensure you're confident carrying out all aspects of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating forklift trucks to move materials safely around site
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Receiving, checking and booking goods into SAP
- Picking, packing and kitting materials for production
- Storing stock accurately within warehouse locations and high-rise racking
- Maintaining accurate inventory records
- Operating overhead cranes
