We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Parts Administrator to support a busy and fast-moving automotive manufacturing environment. This is a key role within the business, providing administrative and operational support across parts, stock control, and supply chain functions. The successful candidate will play a vital part in ensuring workshop and production teams have the parts and materials they need to operate efficiently. As a Parts Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of parts, inventory, and supply chain activities, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient administrative processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing parts orders and updating the internal system
- Raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers for stock replenishment
- Monitoring stock levels and maintaining accurate inventory records
- Booking in deliveries and checking goods received against purchase orders
- Investigating stock discrepancies and supporting stock reconciliation activities
- Managing parts movements in and out of the workshop and stores areas
- Maintaining accurate documentation for parts, stock transfers, and deliveries
