Full Time, 40 hours per week
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am - 2:30pm
- Paid tea and coffee break in the morning & afternoon
- Overtime available on occassion and paid at 1.25x standard rate

We are recruiting for an experienced TIG Welder/Fabricator to join a well-established, family-run business based in Kettering.

Key Responsibilities
- TIG welding on stainless steel materials
- Fabricating components and assemblies from engineering drawings
- Cutting, shaping, assembling and finishing metalwork to required specifications
- Inspecting completed welds to ensure quality standards are met
- Operating fabrication and workshop machinery safely and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures
Candidate RequirementsEssential
- Previous experience as a TIG Welder/Fabricator
- Strong TIG welding experience with stainless steel
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail with a pride in producing high-quality work
- Commitment to maintaining excellent workmanship and quality standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute within a close-knit team environment
- Good understanding of health and safety within a manufacturing environment
Desirable
- Previous experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Relevant welding qualifications or certifications
