The role
- Operating within the Customer Care team you will be responding to incoming calls and emails from customers, advising them on the companies products and services.
- Process orders on the companies in house system.
- Liaise with internal departments like sales and transport to arrange smooth and timely delivery to customers.
- Manage customer accounts and maintain customer relationships, escalating any issues to Management.
- Take incoming calls relating to breakdowns, log jobs on the system and insure they are actioned in line with agreed SLA requirements.

- Ability to work under pressure, to KPI's and within timelines.
