Factory Operative - Early & Late Shifts Available
Location: HU2
Shift Patterns Available (Monday - Friday)
- Early Shift: 6:00am - 1:30pm
- Late Shift: 2:00pm - 9:30pm
Pay Rate: Β£12.71 per hour

About the Role
We are currently recruiting for Factory Operatives to join a busy and well-established manufacturing site in the HU2 area. We have vacancies available on both the early and late shift patterns. This role is ideal for reliable and hardworking individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and supporting daily factory operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Working on production lines and supporting manufacturing processes
- Assembling, packing, and preparing products to company standards
- Handling raw materials and finished goods safely and efficiently
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Supporting warehouse and production activities as required
- Following production schedules and meeting daily targets
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Adhering to all site health and safety procedures
- Working effectively as part of a team to achieve operational goals
Essential Requirements (Must Have)
Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or factory environment
Good attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of health and safety procedures
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
Good communication and teamwork skills
