Adecco are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Factory Operative to join their busy manufacturing team in Horndean.
We're looking for someone with a production, manufacturing, factory, assembly, or machine operating background.
Experience using power tools or machinery is essential, and full training will be provided.
What you'll be doing
- Manufacturing high-quality products
- Operating machinery and using hand and power tools
- Packing and labelling finished products accurately
- Picking and packing orders
- Following health & safety procedures and safe systems of work
- Maintaining high housekeeping and quality standards
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
What we're looking for
Factory, production, or manufacturing experience
Experience using machinery and/or power tools
Good attention to detail
Reliable, hands-on, and keen to learn
Local to Horndean or able to travel easily (direct bus route available)
