We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and proactive
School Janitor to join our client's team on a temporary basis.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our pupils, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general maintenance and repairs across the school site.
- Ensure the school buildings and grounds are clean, safe, secure, and well-maintained.
- Open and lock school premises as required.
- Conduct routine health and safety checks.
- Monitor and report maintenance issues and hazards.
- Assist with setting up rooms, halls, and equipment for school events and activities.
- Maintain outdoor areas, including pathways, playgrounds, and landscaped spaces.
- Liaise with contractors and support planned maintenance work.
- Ensure compliance with school health and safety procedures.

The ideal candidate will have
- Previous experience in a janitorial, caretaker, maintenance, or facilities role.
- Basic skills in plumbing, decorating, carpentry, or general repairs.
- A practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
