Are you an experienced Sales Administrator with SAP experience looking for your next opportunity?
We're recruiting for a growing manufacturing business seeking a SAP Sales Administrator to support customer accounts, quotations and order processing activities.
This is a varied role where you'll be working closely with customers, suppliers and internal departments, ensuring orders are processed efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing customer orders using SAP
- Preparing and managing quotations
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Maintaining customer records and sales information
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Supporting account management and customer development activities
- Assisting with technical enquiries and product information
Requirements
- Previous Sales Administration or Customer Service experience
- SAP experience is essential
- Experience processing quotations and orders
- Strong communication skills
- Good Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Experience within manufacturing, engineering or industrial environments would be advantageous
