Data Privacy Operations Specialist Location: City of London Contract Type: Until April 2027 Work Schedule: 2-3 days per week onsite Role Summary: Data Privacy Operations Specialist will report directly to the Privacy Lead and will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and coordination of core privacy operations. Key Responsibilities: Privacy Operations & Administration: Oversee daily privacy operations activities across the EMEA region. Maintain accurate privacy records, trackers, registers, and documentation to ensure audit readiness. Monitor and manage privacy intake queues and shared mailboxes, ensuring timely resolution of requests. Coordinate follow-up actions and facilitate the completion of privacy-related activities. Prepare privacy reports, metrics, dashboards, and management updates. Record of Processing Activities (ROPA): Create, maintain, and update ROPA records in compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements. Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate and document processing activities. Conduct periodic reviews to ensure ROPA records are accurate and up-to-date. Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs): Coordinate the end-to-end DPIA process, ensuring timely delivery. Track DPIA progress and maintain all documentation in accordance with established procedures. Privacy Enquiries & Stakeholder Support: Serve as the first point of contact for privacy-related operational queries. Support the tracking and coordination of privacy enquiries from internal stakeholders. Assist with handling data subject requests and other related activities.
