- We are currently recruiting for a
Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing organisation.
This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced warehouse environment, where you'll play a key part in ensuring goods are received, stored, processed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
This opportunity would suit someone with warehouse experience who is organised, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Moving stock and equipment throughout the warehouse.
- Processing goods using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Carrying out stock checks and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Inspecting returned items and reporting any damage or discrepancies.
- Preparing equipment and stock for dispatch.
- Supporting quality control processes and ensuring company procedures are followed.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Working closely with supervisors and colleagues to meet operational requirements.
- Following all health and safety procedures at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and adaptable approach to work.
- Flexibility to work overtime and occasional weekends when required.
