Key Responsibilities:
Providing high-level administrative support
Managing diaries, meetings, and appointments
Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally
Organising meetings and taking minutes when required
Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
Supporting senior management with day-to-day PA duties
About You:
Previous experience in a Senior Administrator or PA role
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Able to work independently and prioritise a busy workload
Professional, confidential, and proactive approach
