Production Operative - Afternoon Shift (2pm-10pm)
£16.64 per hour | Temp-to-Perm | Immediate Start

I'm recruiting for a fantastic manufacturing business with a great atmosphere and supportive team. This is a hands-on production role with real opportunities to grow within the company.
The Role
- Operating production machinery
- Assembling and handling components with care
- Completing detailed quality checks
- Finishing/trimming parts using small hand tools
- Keeping work areas clean and tidy (industrial environment)
- Following all health & safety procedures
- Recording production activity and reporting defects
About You
- Good attention to detail
- Happy working in a factory or production environment
- Able to follow written instructions
- Reliable, safety-aware, and comfortable working independently
- A background within blending could be advantageous
- Previous production or factory experience is beneficial
