Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation, is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join their Parts Supply and Support Team on a fixed-term contract basis. In this key position you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless process from sourcing parts through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Action parts check requests ensuring correct parts are identified.
- Obtain accurate pricing and quotes, ensuring cost-efficient solutions.
- Place orders with suitable suppliers based on cost and lead time to support business needs.
- Highlight any issues or delays to internal stakeholders to maintain a smooth journey of parts to the end client.
- Handle and store highly confidential and commercially sensitive information with integrity.
