What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing components and surfaces for painting
- Applying primers, paints, and specialist coatings to exact specifications
- Mixing paints and coatings accurately
- Inspecting finished products to ensure a flawless finish
- Working to strict aerospace quality and safety standards
Working Hours
Initial shift:
- 5:00am - 3:30pm
Once fully trained and settled into the role, you'll move onto a rotating shift pattern:
- 5:00am - 3:00pm
- 10:00am - 8:00pm
We're Looking For
- Previous paint spraying experience within manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, or a similar industrial environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Knowledge of paint preparation and application techniques
- Ability to follow work instructions and specifications
- Reliable, positive, and team-focused attitude
