We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse team in Chelmsford.
This is an ongoing temporary assignment to support increased demand during a peak period.
This is a very manual role and involves regular heavy lifting throughout the shift , making it suitable for candidates who are comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Wrapping pallets ready for dispatch
- Moving stock around the warehouse
- Assisting with goods-in and goods-out activities
- Carrying out ad hoc warehouse duties as required
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Requirements
- No previous experience required as full training will be provided
- Comfortable undertaking a physically demanding role
- Able to carry out regular heavy lifting throughout the day
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Good attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
