We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Assistant to join their team in Cambridge (CB5). This is a part-time opportunity offering 20 hours per week, with working hours of:
- Monday to Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm
- Flexibility available where required
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out general maintenance and repairs
- Basic painting, decorating and upkeep tasks
- Ensuring communal areas and facilities are maintained to a high standard
- Responding to maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Supporting the wider team with general site duties
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has previous maintenance, caretaking or facilities experience
