The Opportunity:
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an outstanding in-store experience and driving commercial success. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will lead a high-performing team within a premium retail environment. This hands-on position demands strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and a genuine passion for fashion and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & People Management:
- Support the Store Manager in leading and developing a high-performing retail team.
- Inspire the team through exceptional customer service and professional standards.
- Conduct daily team briefings to promote a positive, collaborative culture.
- Act as Duty Manager when required, overseeing all store operations.
Customer Experience:
- Deliver a premium and personalised customer journey to encourage loyalty.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure exceptional product knowledge.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively and professionally.
Commercial Performance & Sales:
- Support the achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Identify opportunities for sales growth and support promotional campaigns.
- Motivate the team to achieve ambitious business objectives.
Visual Merchandising & Brand Standards:
- Maintain the store's premium image and ensure impeccable presentation.
