Administrative Assistant Location: E14. Contract Type: Temporary. Contract Length: 6 Months. Hybrid - 37.5 hours per week Daily Rate: Β£155.00 Are you an experienced administrative professional with a knack for organisation and communication? Our client, a dynamic player in the Energy sector, is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a reputable organisation while honing your administrative skills in a fast-paced environment! Key Responsibilities: As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Your responsibilities will include: Performing general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining records management systems. Handling basic bookkeeping tasks and preparing essential documents, including invoices, reports, memos, letters, and financial statements. Filing and retrieving corporate documents, records, and reports to maintain an organised filing system. Analysing incoming memos, submissions, and reports to assess their significance and determine appropriate distribution. Preparing agendas and coordinating arrangements for meetings, including committee and board sessions. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Excellent multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to customer service and interpersonal interactions. A high level of organisation and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Prior experience working independently and managing time efficiently. Basic mentoring skills to provide constructive feedback and support to colleagues. Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Education and Experience Requirements: A high school diploma or GED is required. 5-7 years of relevant experience in an administrative role is essential. Previous experience supporting executives is highly preferred.
