Are you passionate about helping people find their path in the creative industries? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment where every conversation could change a life? At SAE UK and ICMP, part of the global ADE UK network, we’re looking for a National Course Advisor to inspire the next generation of creatives, guiding aspiring students as they turn their passion for media and music into real-world careers.
About Us
With over 50 campuses in 23 countries, SAE has been at the forefront of creative media education since 1976, offering industry-led training and state-of-the-art facilities across film, audio, games, and beyond. ICMP The Institute of Contemporary Music Production is one of the UK’s most respected names in modern music education, empowering artists, producers, and innovators to thrive in a creative, supportive, and inclusive community. Together, we are shaping the future of creative education, helping every student unlock their potential.
The Role
As a National Course Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for students looking to start their creative journey. You’ll:
- Build meaningful relationships with prospective students and their families, from first conversation to enrolment.
- Proactively engage leads via phone, video calls, and email, tailoring every interaction to the individual.
- Drive conversions and keep prospects engaged through thoughtful follow-up and relationship management.
- Work closely with our recruitment and admissions teams to deliver an exceptional applicant experience.
- Represent SAE and ICMP at events, open days, and campus tours, both in-person and online.
- Play a key role in achieving (and exceeding!) enrolment targets, ensuring every student feels supported and inspired.
This is a sales-driven role, not a HR recruitment position, ideal for someone who loves engaging people, achieving goals, and making a real impact.
What We’re Looking For
We’re after someone with drive, empathy, energy and the skills to match:
- Proven success in a target-driven sales or recruitment role.
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
- Experience handling high call volumes while maintaining warmth and quality.
- Knowledge of the higher education sector and student recruitment cycles.
- Competence with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Flexible, team-oriented, and happy to work evenings, weekends, and travel when required.
- A degree in marketing or recruitment.
- Understanding of UK secondary and tertiary education systems.
- A passion for creative media, film, audio, or music production.
- A full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK.
Why Join Us?
- Be part of a global network that’s redefining creative education.
- Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your conversations truly matter.
- Collaborate with passionate teams at SAE UK and ICMP, supported by the innovation of ADE UK.
- Develop your professional skills across sales, account management, and student engagement.
- Make a difference helping people turn creativity into a career.
