ADE Power Ltd is seeking a skilled Industrial Spray Painter with experience applying coatings to C3 to C5 corrosion protection standards. Proficient with airless, air-assisted spray pumps, and conventional pressure pot spray guns. Strong knowledge of two-pack paints, including epoxy primers.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and apply industrial coatings to surfaces requiring up to C3 to C5 protection.
- Operate airless, air-assisted airless, and conventional pressure pot spray equipment.
- Mix and apply two-pack paints, including epoxy primers, ensuring durability and adhesion.
- Conduct surface preparation, masking, and finishing techniques.
- Inspect coatings for quality and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, following health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Industrial Spray Painter.
- Experience using airless, air-assisted, and conventional pressure pot spray systems.
- Strong knowledge of two-pack paints and epoxy primers.
- Expertise in applying coatings to C3 to C5 environments applications.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and ensure precise application.
- High attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
Working Hours
The working hours for this position are 40 hours per week, from 2pm to 12:30am, Monday to Thursday. The business is closed for Bank Holidays, and there is a shutdown every Christmas until after the New Year.
