ADE Power Ltd is seeking a skilled Industrial Spray Painter with experience applying coatings to C3 to C5 corrosion protection standards. Proficient with airless, air‑assisted spray pumps, and conventional pressure pot spray guns. Strong knowledge of two‑pack paints, including epoxy primers.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and apply industrial coatings to surfaces requiring up to C3 to C5 protection.
- Operate airless, air‑assisted airless, and conventional pressure pot spray equipment.
- Mix and apply two‑pack paints, including epoxy primers, ensuring durability and adhesion.
- Conduct surface preparation, masking, and finishing techniques.
- Inspect coatings for quality and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, following health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Industrial Spray Painter.
- Experience using airless, air‑assisted, and conventional pressure pot spray systems.
- Strong knowledge of two‑pack paints and epoxy primers.
- Expertise in applying coatings to C3 to C5 environments applications.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and ensure precise application.
- High attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
Working Hours
The working hours for this position are 40 hours per week, from 2pm to 12:30pm, Monday to Thursday. The business is closed for Bank Holidays, and there is a shutdown every Christmas until after the New Year.
