- Cefnogi dysgwyr: Asesu profiadau dysgu blaenorol a chyflawniadau, rhoi cyngor a chyfarwyddiadau priodol, a sicrhau bod dysgwyr yn ymwybodol o’u llwybrau dilyniant.
- Cyffredinol: Ymgymryd â thasgau gweinyddol yn unol â rheoliadau ar gyfer cyllido Addysg Oedolion Cymru i Adult Learning Wales.
- Mynychu cyfarfodydd tiwtor perthnasol ac briwiau ansawdd a chyfarfodydd achredu / safoni perthnasol.
