Mae gennym gyfle gwych ar gyfer tiwtoriaid gymwysedig a medrus i gyflwyno cyrsiau Llythrennedd Digidol i ddysgwyr yng Ngwynedd ac Ynys Môn. Byddwch yn cynllunio, datblygu, cyflwyno, gwerthuso ac asesu cyrsiau a rhaglenni dysgu yn unol ag anghenion dysgwyr a Gweithdrefnau Ansawdd Addysg Oedolion Cymru, er mwyn cefnogi cyflwyno dysgu o ansawdd uchel.
Bydd rôl Tiwtor yn rôl amrywiol, ymarferol lle byddwch yn gweithio’n annibynnol yn ogystal â gyda thîm y rhanbarth. Byddwch yn gyfrifol am (ond nid yn gyflawn):
- Cynllunio a pharatoi cyrsiau – paratoi cynlluniau gwersi a chynlluniau gwaith.
- Dewis deunyddiau dysgu ac ystod o ddulliau dysgu i ddiwallu anghenion y dysgwr.
- Cefnogi dysgwyr – Asesu profiadau dysgu blaenorol a chyflawniadau dysgwyr, rhoi cyngor ac arweiniad priodol iddynt, a sicrhau bod dysgwyr yn ymwybodol o’u llwybrau dilyniant.
- Cyffredinol – ymgymryd â thasgau gweinyddol yn unol â rheoliadau ar gyfer cyllido Addysg Oedolion Cymru I Adult Learning Wales.
- Mynychu cyfarfodydd tiwtor perthnasol, briffiau ansawdd a chyfarfodydd achredu / safoni perthnasol.
