This is an exciting time to join our South East Regional Team. As the Deputy Regional Manager, you will play a key part in supporting the Region's curriculum provision and income generation activities, as well as driving quality and continuous improvement of teaching and learning practices by supporting the regional delivery staff. Although this is a new role, you will be joining an established South East Regional Team. The role is operational and hands-on, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced, varied and rewarding environment where your actions make a difference to individuals across Wales.

Responsibilities

  • Support the South East Region’s curriculum provision and income generation activities.
  • Drive quality and continuous improvement of teaching and learning practices.
  • Co-operate with regional delivery staff to enhance the delivery of services.
  • Champion the values of equality, diversity and inclusion within the team and wider organisation.
