Responsibilities

• Follow care plans and report on completed tasks
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, etc.)
• Perform routine house cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
• Transport clients to appointments and errands
• Assist with self-administration of medications (no measurement or administration required)
• Observe and report any changes in the client’s condition
