Addus Family Company is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to provide in-home therapeutic services for elderly, chronically ill, and disabled patients. Working under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will implement care plans, lead prescribed exercises, support mobility and fall-prevention programs, and educate patients and families on safe techniques. You’ll document visits accurately, collaborate with nurses and caregivers, and uphold high standards of safety, respect, and compliance while helping clients remain independent at home.
