This role is for you if you love: As our Account Director, you are the friendly force behind our biggest and boldest client relationships. You love getting to know clients inside out, turning big picture goals into smart strategies and making great work happen. You are the calm, confident voice clients trust and the person who spots opportunities before anyone else does. You will take the lead on our largest global accounts, making sure they are getting maximum value from our solutions while uncovering new ways to grow the partnership. From driving engagement and adoption to expanding relationships across regions, you will keep things moving, aligned and exciting.
What you will do:
- Account Management - Track account performance against KPIs and commercial targets, sharing clear monthly updates with the wider business.
- Client Relationship & Strategy - Be the trusted go to for senior clients, owning relationships and leading the strategic conversation.
- Commercial & Financial Management - Take full ownership of the numbers, holding P&L responsibility for your accounts.
- Team Leadership - Lead, coach and champion Customer Success Managers and Data Analysts, helping them do their best work and grow their careers.
- New Business Development - Help shape and evolve our service offering by keeping a close eye on the market and listening to what clients really need.
