Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a CQC Registered Manager located in Reading. The CQC Registered Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the home care services, ensuring compliance with CQC standards, and maintaining high-quality care delivery. Key tasks include managing staff, developing and implementing care plans, liaising with clients and their families, handling regulatory requirements, and ensuring the overall well-being of the clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing home care services and compliance with CQC standards
- Strong leadership and staff management skills, with the ability to motivate and train team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Proven ability to create and implement person-centred care plans
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
- Ability to handle administrative tasks, including budgeting, scheduling, and reporting
- Relevant qualifications in healthcare management or a related field

Requirements
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care(or working towards)
- Proven experience in a management role within domiciliary or residential care
