We are looking for an experienced Architect or Architectural Technologist to support our team in developing a complete construction drawing package for a residential new build project. The role is remote and project-based, working closely with an international design team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop detailed construction drawings for a residential new build project.
- Translate design concepts into technical, build-ready drawings.
- Produce plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.
- Coordinate and incorporate design revisions as required.
- Ensure drawings comply with UK building standards and regulations (as directed).
- Collaborate with the project team and respond to feedback in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
- Proven experience producing construction drawing packages for UK projects.
- Strong background in UK residential new build projects (multi-unit experience preferred).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work-from-home setup.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
