Are you passionate about supporting people to reach their full potential? Addleshaw Goddard is seeking a proactive Learning & Development Assistant to join our highly regarded HR team, based in Leeds or Manchester. You will play a key role in delivering innovative and impactful learning across our UK offices, with regular travel to London and other locations.
About the Team
Our HR team supports colleagues internationally and is recognised for its expertise and collaborative culture. The Learning & Development team drives a culture of continuous improvement, offering a wide range of face-to-face, virtual, and on-demand learning opportunities. The Role
This is a varied and fast-paced position, supporting the smooth running of learning and development activities. You will be involved in:
- Scheduling and coordinating learning sessions for colleagues and partners
- Administering L&D programmes and events, including logistics and delegate support
- Creating and distributing branded materials for online and in-person learning
- Supporting virtual sessions as a technical producer (Zoom/Teams)
- Editing recordings and maintaining digital learning content
- Managing the Learning Hub on SharePoint
- Liaising with facilitators and handling communications
- Providing administrative support for projects, onboarding suppliers, and processing invoices
What We're Looking For
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with experience managing multiple tasks and diaries
- High computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-changing environment
