We are looking for a Business Development Co-ordinator to support the four Group BD teams with a broad range of day-to-day activity across multiple practice teams. The role will involve helping to deliver tasks arising from practice team plans, strategic initiatives, campaigns and events, as well as maintaining accurate and up-to-date content across a range of systems. The successful candidate will also help to ensure these tasks and updates are effectively managed and delivered in line with agreed deadlines.

We are looking for a proactive and organised individual with a practical, hands-on approach and a strong focus on delivering tasks efficiently and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the development and execution of credentials and marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and presentations across all practice teams.
  • Working with the BD Group teams and practice teams to ensure content on our central creds and content repository (Foundation) is kept up to date and accurate.
  • Support on the production and delivery of bids and tenders for new business opportunities. Previous pitching experience is preferred but not mandatory; thorough training can be provided.
  • Managing, monitoring and measuring business development activity accurately and regularly so we can report on success, learnings and ROI.
  • Using our CRM system, InterAction, to assist with enquiries and support engagement activities.

  • A self-starter with the ability to use your initiative to get the job done and have a high performing attitude and mindset in everything you do.
  • Highly organised and able to handle multiple concurrent projects and ensure completion against tight deadlines.
  • Have a strong customer-services ethos.
  • Be an effective communicator and a team player.
  • Have excellent written and oral communication skills, with rigorous attention to detail, as this is essential to this role.
