We are seeking a Paralegal to join our Restructuring team, supporting real estate finance transactions, predominantly for lenders in Scottish and English markets. You will:
- review finance and security documents
- draft legal documentation
- assist with property sales and distressed real estate
- liaise with internal and external parties
The work is varied, offering exposure to all areas of the firm and providing a comprehensive insight into commercial law.
We are looking for candidates with strong attention to detail, sound legal understanding, excellent organisational and communication skills, and a proactive, enthusiastic approach. The ability to work to tight deadlines, use technology, and demonstrate commercial awareness is essential. Previous real estate or finance experience is helpful but not required.
