β’ The Onboarding team forms part of the Office of the General Counsel (OGC) Directorate and is based across the Firm\βs Leeds, Manchester, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Dubai offices
β’ The team delivers high quality advice/guidance to the Firm across all aspects of client file opening, anti-money laundering CDD checks, risk assessments and associated risk relevant work, providing support to the Firm\βs Money Laundering Reporting Officers (MLROs), Deputies and OGC team with high risk / reputational issues
β’ With a track record of success for providing internal progression, this role offers the opportunity to continuously learn, adapt, and explore various areas of Risk and Compliance, in a stimulating environment fostering individual growth and development
What You\βll Do:
β’ Working with the Head of Onboarding and Deputy Head of Onboarding to drive the development of the firm\βs onboarding systems to ensure they effectively support the firm\βs process
β’ Liaising with the firm\βs IT function coordinating the pipeline of development and testing of system changes
β’ Assessing change requests from the business and ensuring that requirements are properly collected and expressed in a way that helps the development team
β’ Where required, working with the business to provide solutions where a change to our onboarding systems is not an appropriate way to solve a particular issue
β’ Developing effective knowhow resources covering our onboarding systems and process for use both within the team and for the wider business
β’ Managing the communication of systems and process change
β’ Management and supervision of the Onboarding team\βs group of apprentices
Who We\βre Looking For:
β’ An excellent understanding of the regulatory and commercial requirements which drive the client and matter onboarding process
β’ A track record of executing the day-to-day delivery of onboarding decisions
β’ An excellent technical understanding of the systems used by the Onboarding team, in particular Intapp
β’ Evidenced experience in the design and delivery of onboarding systems change
β’ Experience developing training and reference resources in a variety of formats and delivery channels
