The successful candidate will combine strong product management expertise with design capability, using Figma or similar tools to translate ideas into clear user stories, features and epics, and ultimately into high-quality delivered outcomes, along with interest in generative AI (Gen AI) – ideally design & delivery of generative AI tools.

- Translate ideas, opportunities and stakeholder requests into clear and actionable product requirements.
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring work is prioritised and ready for development.
- Work with stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals and technical constraints, turning these into practical product outcomes.
- Become the hands-on expert on our internal Gen AI tools, being able to answer detailed questions, use them in sophisticated ways, and delivery in-depth training.
Who We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally delivering Saa S web-based products.
- Experience of Generative AI products and using Large Language Models in production.
- Demonstrable expertise in writing high-quality product specifications - user stories, acceptance criteria, user journeys, and process maps.
We may ask to see examples at interview.
