As part of our on-going growth strategy, we are looking for a Legal Director to join the Manchester Infrastructure, Projects & Energy team to help service their ever-growing roster of clients across social infrastructure, energy and utilities and transport.
What You’ll Do
- Advise private and public sector clients across all key sectors.
- Draft and negotiate commercial documents, manage transaction processes, and supervise the contribution of less experienced colleagues.
- Take responsibility for business development by engaging directly with client contacts at networking events and providing training.
- Lead and develop junior talent within the team.

Who We’re Looking For
- At least 8 years’ PQE+ experience within Infrastructure, Projects, Energy and/or Transport sectors.
- Ability to actively support complex transactions and contribute to the general upkeep of the group (training, precedents, know-how).
- A client-facing, ambitious, confident professional who enjoys intellectually challenging work and delivers at the highest standard.
