We are seeking an experienced England and Wales Qualified Commercial Lawyer with a proven background working in contract review and management. Successful applicants will have:
- A good understanding of commercial contracts and SaaS agreements
- Generalist commercial drafting and issue-spotting skills
- Ability to progress contracts quickly or escalate where further legal input is required
- Experience of support for M&A due diligence (desirable)
- Ability to work autonomously
- Immediate availability or a short notice period
- Flexibility to work on-site up to three times a week in Bolton
