The work that comes into the team is varied and no two days will be the same. You would be embedded within our Manchester Immigration team. As an embedded paralegal you would take instructions primarily from our Immigration Associates but also have the benefit and support of being part of the wider TST.
What You’ll Do:
- Assisting fee earners with various visa applications from instruction through to submission
- Supporting fee earners in collating and preparing evidence for submission to the Home Office, including in response to audits
- Managing initial instructions directly from sponsoring employer clients
- Preparing, reviewing, and submitting visa application forms and supporting documentation
- Liaising with clients and applicants to obtain, check, and verify required evidence
